Black land
So I have moved out... My life in Poznań belongs to the past. 'Coming back to roots'-one may say, my black, dusty roots.. The dark side of me. I am a woman from Silesia and I am back !

little me
Here I am :-)
Most of you have already seen the photo during our grammar classes, however, now you have a chance to learn something more about it.
This is me at the age of 4 or 5 and my daddy. Ohhh. I forgot about the Teddy Bear. Unfortunately I don't remember his name... but he was probably one of those 'Puchateks' most of us had in the childhood. As you can see, I was quite smartly dressed (a white blouse, red slippers and a red, tartan skirt-they must have been the top of the fashion then) because we were visting some friends of my parents. Looking at our smiling faces, we enjoyed ourselves. Maybe except from my younger sister, who, at the time of taking this photo, was probably crying in the other room (it was her daily routine). If you look at my hand more closely, you will probably discover a precious ring on my finger. I wish I knew were it is now...

living on earth
First, there was chaos...
Then, there was only a link in my post ;-) Now it's time for some comment.
Living on Earth is a nice web page (It has a recommendation of one of our college teachers so it must be good:) where you can find a lot of interesting materials on the topic of environment protection. But even if you are not particularly keen on 'going green' you may use the web page as a source of reading and listening materials. You can without much effort download some listening materials and use them to pracice listening comprehension. What is also important, there is always a tapescript avaliable so when yo have to prepare a listening exercice for the whole group...this web page will certainly make your life easier.

First computer experience
hello,
I'm a bit late with my post but anyway ;-)
My first computer experience...Hmm. When was ist?I really can't remember. It was probably around 12 years ago when I saw the computer for the first time, probably somewhere at my friends'. But in fact, I wasn't interested in computers at all. I didn't have my own PC for quite a long time so -as I remember from my primary and secondary school- all IT classes were nothing else but a kind of horror for me ;)just joking. It wasn't too bad although I didn't understand a thing. Unfortunately, as for my computer skills, not much has changed...
